Is Xodo Sign really free?
Yes. With the Free Plan, you can send and sign up to 3 documents per month. If you need to send more or access advanced features such as document editing and AI summarization, start your free trial of the Professional Plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade and cancel anytime?
Yes, just like throughout the signup process you will be able to upgrade and downgrade your subscription level as well as change your payment frequency at any time and how many times you like.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You don’t need a credit card to use Xodo Sign on the Free Plan. If you choose to upgrade to a Professional or Enterprise Plan later, you can easily add your billing details through your account dashboard.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. Your documents are safe with Xodo Sign. We use 256-bit HTTPS encryption and monitor our servers and storage systems 24/7 to keep your data secure. Our tamper-evident technology ensures your documents are protected and synced securely in the cloud.
