Xodo Sign has a Free plan for up to 3 documents per month. Basic costs $20 per user per month, or $10 per user per month with yearly billing. Professional costs $32 per user per month, or $16 per user per month with yearly billing. Enterprise pricing is based on your team and workflow needs.
Yes. Xodo Sign also offers a 7-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card is required, and your account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends unless you upgrade.
Choose Free if you only send a few documents each month. Basic suits individuals and small teams that need unlimited document sending and simple e-signature tools. Professional suits growing teams that need PDF editing, bulk sending, signer authentication, unlimited templates, or custom branding. Basic and Professional are priced per user. Select the number of seats your team needs to calculate the total price. Enterprise plans use custom pricing. People who receive your documents do not need a paid seat or a Xodo Sign account to sign.
The Free plan includes up to 3 documents per month. Basic, Professional, and Enterprise include unlimited documents. API documents have separate limits. If you reach the Free plan limit, you can upgrade to keep sending documents that month.
Your total cost depends mainly on your plan and number of paid users. Standard paid e-signature plans include unlimited documents. Extra charges may apply when you add seats, use more SMS authentication credits than your plan includes, or exceed an API plan’s usage allowance. Enterprise and API Business plans use custom pricing.
Xodo Sign has separate API plans for automated and embedded signing workflows. The free API Sandbox includes 2 production API documents. API Light costs $50 per month with yearly billing and includes 50 API documents per month, 10 templates, 20 SMS credits per user, and 5 users. Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from the Subscription page. Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis.
