How to sign a word document using Xodo Mobile
You can sign Word documents on both iOS or Android using the Xodo app. Here's how:
1. Download Xodo Mobile
2. Upload your Microsoft Word file
- From the Files list, select your Word document (.doc or .docx).
- Tap on the drop down menu.
- On iOS: Xodo will automatically convert Word to PDF.
- On Android: Tap on Convert to PDF to continue.
- Select the Fill and Sign tool from the menu.

3. Create your signature
- Tap the Signature Tool.
- Tap Create signature.
- Draw, type, or upload a signature image.
- Choose to save your signature or not for future documents.
- Tap on DONE.

4. Add a signature to your document
- Tap the page to place your signature.
- Resize and drag the signature text box as needed.
- Tap the Back button in the top left side corner to save the file.

- Your signed document will appear in the Processed Files list.

5. Save or export your signed document
- Save the signed PDF file back into a Word document.
- On iOS: Tap PDF to Word at the bottom of the screen.
